How to Request Account Deletion

Tassel’s role is limited to providing graduation-related services on behalf of your school. The school maintains responsibility for graduate registration and the underlying student information.

Restricting account and registration changes to the school helps preserve the accuracy and integrity of graduation records and prevents unauthorized changes to information maintained by the school.

If you would like to delete your Tassel registration account or request the removal of information associated with your graduation registration, please contact your school directly.

If you are unsure which office handles graduation or student records, contact your school’s main administrative office and ask for the graduation office, registrar, or administrator responsible for graduation registration.

Tassel Support can assist with technical issues related to accessing or using the Tassel platform, but requests to delete or modify school-managed registration information should be directed to your school.
