When will I receive my registration email?

Your institution determines the registration opening date and the timing of registration communications. Tassel sends registration emails based on the schedule established by your institution.

This means you may receive your registration email at a different time than students at other schools.

Haven’t received your registration email?

If you expected registration to be open but haven’t received an email:

• Check your school email, including your spam or junk folder.
• Confirm that registration has opened at your institution.
• Check with your institution’s graduation or registrar’s office for the registration timeline.
• If your institution confirms that registration is open and you still haven’t received an email, contact Tassel Support for assistance.
